We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn products in their original packaging. Simply email hello@pawtello.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. For harnesses, measure your pet's chest girth (the widest part behind the front legs) and neck circumference. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Our team is always happy to help — just email us with your pet's measurements!
Standard shipping (5-7 business days) is free on orders over $75. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available for $12. We ship to all US states and most international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. All orders include tracking.
Yes! All materials that come into contact with your pet's skin are OEKO-TEX certified and hypoallergenic. Our harnesses and collars are lined with organic cotton and our dyes are non-toxic and free from harmful chemicals. If your pet has specific sensitivities, please contact us before ordering.
We currently offer monogramming on our Walk Kits and select collars. Choose the personalization option on the product page and enter your pet's name (up to 10 characters). Personalized items are non-returnable but make beautiful gifts! Custom color combinations are available for orders of 10+ units.
