Design & Prototyping
Our design team sketches every product by hand before moving to digital. We create 3-5 prototypes per design, testing fit, comfort, and durability on real dogs and cats in our studio.
Material Sourcing
We partner with certified suppliers for our recycled ocean nylon, vegetable-tanned leather accents, and rose-gold plated hardware. Every material is tested for pet safety and longevity.
Precision Cutting
Laser-guided cutting ensures every piece is identical to within 0.5mm. Our fabric yield optimization reduces waste by 40% compared to traditional methods.
Expert Assembly
Our skilled artisans hand-assemble each product using industrial-grade stitching and reinforced stress points. Every harness undergoes a 200-pound tensile strength test.
Quality Control
8-point inspection covers stitching integrity, hardware function, color consistency, sizing accuracy, material feel, buckle engagement, D-ring security, and final packaging presentation.
